An industrial warehouse/office unit in a high growth area at Warana on the Sunshine Coast has been sold by Ray White Commercial North Coast Central

The approximately 150 sqm unit at 3/27 Premier Circuit, Warana, was sold off-market to furniture and appliance business Rent the Roo by Damien Poole of Ray White Commercial North Coast Central on behalf of a private owner for $310,000.

Damien Poole said Rent the Roo had previously leased the property after relocating their business from Brisbane.

“With stock in the area in short supply, the buyer approached me to discuss the potential purchase of the property,” Mr Poole said.

“After direct negotiations were conducted between Ray White Commercial North Coast Central and the seller and buyer, a successful outcome resulted in the property going under contract at an agreed price.

Damien Poole said the industrial warehouse plus air-conditioned office space is located within a complex of four backing onto Lake Kawana and minutes to Sunshine Coast Motorway and Bruce Highway access.

“The property is close to the Kawana/Warana medical precinct which will include the new Sunshine Coast University Hospital,” he said. “The medical precinct is expected to generate billions of dollars of capital expenditure and significantly boost employment.”
