Tele2 Communications Move in Maroochydore

Information technology and communications solution company Tele2 Communications has relocated its Sunshine Coast headquarters through Ray White Commercial North Coast Central.

Tele2 Communications has taken up a 172 sqm ground floor tenancy at 6/1 Newspaper Place, Maroochydore, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial North Coast Central’s Emily Pendleton and David C Smith on behalf of a private investor.

Emily Pendleton said Tele2 Communications had been seeking larger premises to accommodate their growing business.

“Tele2 Communications have relocated from a property on Brisbane Road, Maroochydore, and are excited about their new premises,” she said.

“This particular property had been on the market for several months but Ray White Commercial North Coast Central found a tenant for the owner in a matter of weeks.

“Maroochydore commercial enquiry is picking up with this lease being one of the many commercial spaces leased in the area over the past eight weeks.”

David C Smith said the Newspaper Place property offered additional mezzanine areas as well as rear roller door access and onsite car parking.

“This property is situated in the heart of the Maroochydore CBD and provided a tremendous opportunity for any business with Tele2 Communications realising its advantages,” he said.

Tele2 Communications has secured a five year lease at a net rental of $200 per sqm per annum.
