Wedding gown and formal dress shop business ‘Nothing to Wear’ has opened new retail premises at Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast through Ray White Commercial North Coast Central.

Owner Jane Patterson has leased a 52 sqm ground floor shop at 12/34 River Esplanade, Mooloolaba, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial North Coast Central’s Emily Pendleton.

“This property enjoys excellent exposure and offers great signage opportunities as well as onsite car parking for seven vehicles,” Emily Pendleton said.

“The new shop is an a great position near the Mooloolaba Esplanade retail precinct with Under Water World and the Mooloolaba Wharf only a stone’s throw away. It is also close to the Mooloolaba Surf Club.

“This commercial property is surrounded by a large residential catchment area with major resorts and permanent residences close to the business.”

Emily Pendleton said the premises include a reception, showroom or retail display area with air conditioning, a kitchen area plus two extra rooms.

Nothing to Wear has taken out a 2 + 1 year lease at net rent of $19,760 per annum.
