Crazy Dogs on the Move

Family-owned motorcycle and accessories dealership Crazy Dogs Kawasaki has secured a new high exposure site for its growing business at Caboolture, north of Brisbane.

South East Queensland’s only family-owned dedicated independent Kawasaki dealership has relocated to a larger site at 39-41 Lear Jet Drive, Caboolture, in a deal negotiated by Chris Massie of Ray White Commercial North Coast Central.

Chris Massie said Crazy Dogs Kawasaki had been searching for a larger property to expand their servicing department and increase the product range they are able to carry.

“This Caboolture site with Bruce Highway exposure looks as if it was purpose built for Crazy Dogs Kawasaki,” Chris Massie said.

“The 950 sqm standalone building has great visibility, established infrastructure and a good mix of display, workshop and yard.”

Crazy Dogs Kawasaki has moved from its previous site at nearby Burpengary.

“Crazy Dogs Kawasaki is a true success story of the local business community and its owner Richard Baker has a long term view for his business,” Chris Massie said.

Crazy Dogs Kawasaki has taken out a five year lease with options through to 2030 at a net rental of $120,000 per annum.
