The vendor approached Ray White to do an appraisal on their property as they considered selling. After reviewing the current market and where the property sits, the vendor decided the time was right to bring the property to market.

Utilising our database and creating additional competition through online advertising, we created competition between a few hot investors to achieve maximum results. The vendor expressed concern where a competitive offer would come in; however, after driving up the competition we were able to achieve an offer around 5% higher than expectation.
